During festive seasons, family and friends get together to eat hot pot, and there are always many different dipping sauces on the table. If you love coriander as much as I do, you will love this spicy and sour Thai Style Dipping Sauce! We have some chicken rice stalls here that will give this Thai style chili sauce. In fact, it tastes good with anything, especially seafood! And it’s not just for dipping sauce, it can also be used for steaming fish and steaming clams are delicious!
Free To Adjust Taste
The amount of these ingredients can be adjusted freely, after all, everyone has different tastes. Maybe you can eat very spicy food or the chili you bought is not that spicy, then you need to increase the amount of chili. Also, Thais usually use their fermented fish sauce, but Belacan is relatively easy to buy in Malaysia, so I used Belacan instead of fermented fish sauce. These two ingredients have one thing in common, that is, they are stinky and fragrant (haha), and they mainly make the dipping sauce tangier!
