INSTRUCTIONS
Add salt, baking soda, and sugar after mashing the banana.
Add the sifted flour and mix well.
Rest the batter for about 10 minutes.
Pour oil into the pot, scoop into the banana batter after the oil temperature is hot, and fry it until light brown color.
Let cool and enjoy.
